A moment of grace

As I sat in my desk this morning looking out and listening to a beautiful song in an instant I began to notice the many colors all around me. Colors were just everywhere in the sky, in the streets, in my office, on my computer even on me. In that moment I realized this is a blessing this is divine. The rich colors that I see are rich because I am here. Because I am alive and I am as rich as those colors looking back at me filling my eyes with hues of red, white, blue and green. Even the softness and brightness of the sun seemed so more beautiful as if I really took the time to take in its soul and divinity its purpose is just so beautiful. It gives life. It is all like a miracle. Then I thought about the saints and all those that we look up to for divine guidance and protection. And I thought about the reason why we are so intrigued by those that are holy or just simply filled with the divine. 

There is God, the angels, the saints, Goddesses and other holy deities and I thought the reason we love them so much is because we feel the peace, sacredness, love and faith in them and with them. And we know that somehow those same feelings and beautiful expressions of the divine are part of life as we know it. We know it is there and because we connect with these beings of the divine we get reminded that indeed the divine is part of everything even a part of us. But we forget that it is a part of us and we forget that this divine essence is right in front of us and all around us even on a simple day like today a Wednesday which is usually for most a work day. I hope that I keep honoring what is here now. Just like in this moment where the colors became so vibrant that I realized how special colors are. And really everything is so special. If you see the day like this you will live more fully and aware. You will feel more magical, peaceful, joyful and grateful.

A new moon in Virgo ~Move into action~

The new moon in Virgo (which falls this Sunday 9/13)  has very interesting and simple themes about life. First know that a new moon always equals new beginnings. So get excited! Get inspired! Virgo is a sign that is an earth sign. Think of things that ground you or that grounds one self. In other words be focused on what is physical and tangible. Touch, smell, sound and sight are all senses that help you feel connected to the physical world. One of the themes for this new moon and partial eclipse (which is also taking place Sunday) is health. Physical health and healing! What is important right now that would make your physical health and well being better? Whatever it may be you need to focus on it now and make the first step towards realizing it. 
I would also say this new moon and partial eclipse is the Feng shui new moon and partial eclipse. Why? Because it is calling us to pay attention to what isn't working in our lives and asking us to take action by removing it! So what is old and not working for you any longer? Make room for the new by letting go of what is old. It can be old clothes, a worn out job,  or an old friend. You get the picture. And in order to get the most of it you have to be very open and honest. Be honest about your goals and desires. Then make a move! Don't just think it act it. And make that SPACE! Trust me Virgo is the sign all about daily routine and work as well as giving back. So what changes can you make to your daily routine? Nothing is ever too small. Even a small act of change can make a difference in your life, in your attitude and energy. Yes this new moon seems to be all inspiring and can cause you to have big desires but don't just stay there. Move. Act on those big desires and then change can be more than a thought it can be real and healing. Whatever surprises come up or however you get clear about your life know that it is a process and which ever process you are in right now is right for you.

Autumn's Angel

Today I began thinking about the many changes that are taking place right now for example the weather. We are entering a new season and you can't help but to feel and see the changes. 

Fall is such a beautiful time. It may even feel like a perfect time to take inventory. To sit in stillness and ask yourself where am I now? To take a pause and to see what is going on within you and around you. So my question to you is what is going on within you right now? How do you feel? As we are entering a new time. 

There is a particular angel that is letting me know that he is here to assist us during such season of change and reflection. He is being loud and clear. That angel is Archangel Raphael. 

The angel of healing and medicine. He brings healing in many forms. And for some reason he is asking for me and you to ask him for help. Especially as we are starting a new cycle. Perhaps he is aware that we are carrying with us a lot of baggage. This baggage can be many things even things from our past. I myself feel like I want to move on but I am not sure from what. I do get this need to let go, to shed and to heal . Something within me is telling me to make some changes and to take time to reflect peacefully. But I believe Raphael will help me figure that out and more. 

The angel that will help us during this transitional time which we call fall is Archangel Raphael. I will do my best to share my insights about working with this angel as I also wish for you to learn about the best way to change and let go during this seasonal time.

On earth, as it is in heaven

Someone pointed out this verse of the bible and suggested an insight that blew me away. I thought of a dream I had once where I knew I was in my heaven. An angel was behind me and I felt so free and loved. I realized the piece of heaven I took with me was a reminder that I am here on earth for a reason. That being on earth wasn't going to be perfect. But there is a connection between heaven and earth. When I see this verse I see that there is a message suggesting that we bring what is of heaven to earth. And that our life reflects that of what we know from heaven. The only way I can think of making sure I allow heaven and the spiritual part of me to bloom on earth is by taking my physical life seriously. And by seriously I mean by not ignoring that I am a vehicle of my dreams and desires. That I am a vehicle of heaven in earth and by embracing my life on earth I can empower myself and others in ways I could never imagine. So plant as many seeds as you can. The only place you can plow your seeds and see your seeds grow is here in earth. Not in heaven. But that which you grow will be reflections of heaven in earth. If you allow them to be and if you put in the physical effort to help them grow and manifest.  On earth, as it is in heaven. You are not separated from heaven no matter if you are on this plane. So live fully physically, emotionally and spiritually and allow your divine self to shine in your actions.

A sense of peace for 2014

Before the new-year came I decided to do something meaningful for myself. I had in mind a nice, spiritual and relaxing bath. I prepared candles, crystals and oils. My intention was to release. I really wanted to unblock every thought, energy and feeling within me. I also wanted to forgive myself and others as much as I could. As I began to focus on meditation and stillness I could not help but to sense the huge feeing of peace. I felt very protected and loved. And this is where my spiritual dialogue came in. What I received was a strong message of clarity, peace and reassurance. Mother Mary was also there with me and her energy came through so easily and beautifully. I know that this year 2014 is a year where we must stop questioning if we are enough, stop asking if we are spiritual and stop wasting time waiting for validation. What I received from the angels and Mother Mary was “You are enough. You know that are you spiritual so there is no need to try to prove it or to seek it. You just know it and you are it. Instead focus on your goals. Focus on service and taking the right action. We know you want to create new things in your life and we are behind you. You are well equipped to handle it and yes you can create many wonderful new things in your life. Nothing should stop you. Keep it simple that is why we say you already are spiritual so do not dwell in searching for that answer. And do not dwell on feeling like you are incomplete. You are complete. Now go and make things happen!” 

There was so much clarity that seeped into me during that moment. I felt like so much baggage came off me. I felt lighter, calmer and stronger. It’s as if my worries of being enough were gone. I knew who I was and I am spiritual and I do not need to validate that any more. I am free to follow my passions and goals. I do not need to fear my past nor fear about filling a certain part of me. And I felt like I no longer can fear the future. I am enough. And the time to simplify your life is this year. Do not get caught up in doubting yourself and in listening to what others tell you about who you are. You know who you are. You are spiritual and nothing can change that not even our past. What a relief!  Mother Mary and the angels love us so much they want us to know the truth and to celebrate the truth the truth that we are already spiritual and that is who we truly are. And even right now I hear Mother Mary saying now you have all the time in the world to follow your goals and to be happy. She is not saying that there is no beauty in expressing your spirituality or that it is wasteful but more like it is just a reflection of who you are because you are already divine and spiritual. It is living inside of you. You are it!

You are spirituality! Say it I Am spirituality! I am already spiritual I don’t need others to tell me or I don’t need to question it. And that is why I know that this year I will keep it simple. I will honor my goals and honor the time I have. If I can’t do it all that is still okay. If I can’t be it all that is still okay. Just by honoring myself and my purpose I am honoring the spiritual within me. Will you honor yourself this year? I hope you do. Simplify, release as much as you can and don’t worry about being incomplete you already know that is not your truth. Your truth is you already are spiritual. Own it, embrace it and allow it to help you live a beautiful, magical and simple life.

A channeled message from Jesus Christ

There is always something that may inflict us but what we can do is forgive the person who hurt us or forgive ourselves if it was our own doing. Your lessons are not meant to burden you but to empower you. In life many people will enter and leave it. Cherish the good things and focus on what was it about them or the situation that made you a better or stronger person. I never worried about what others thought of me. I was more concerned about not doing something if someone was hurt or abused. Healing comes so naturally. When you decide to help someone else you open their healing faster. Both people in every helping situation the giver and receiver get to be healed in one way or another. My message to you now is please do not over burden your heart. Do not carry so much there especially if it is negative and painful. Your heart center is a very powerful area. Pay attention to it. Allow it to be fully functioning and for it to be open. Love is very powerful. If you believe in this you should hold on to it in every situation and in every aspect of your life. 

There may be imperfections and you may not feel your best in every situation but love can be so powerful in helping you see the truth and in helping the person involved see it as well. Focus on what you are good at. There is something wonderful and amazing that you can do. And if you know it just do it. And if you are not sure of it just follow your heart. In my own troubling times faith has always helped me and seeing within me the flame that my heart carried. This is why you may see images of me with the sacred heart because every heart is sacred. There are many wonderful things that are born from the heart. When you connect with someone it is from the heart even if you do not know them or they are from a different part of the world the connection you have made is from the heart. The best energy you can create and give is from here. Take time to know that your heart is a beautiful gem and as long as you have one you are perfect. You are a receiver and giver of love and it can never be taken away. This is how I healed others through the heart. I am sending all of you healing of the heart. Allow me to take over and release whatever burden you carry there. Just ask me and I will have it done. I will unburden your heart. And thank you for thinking of me as I also think of you. Be the unyielding spirit you were born to be.

March a month of deep release....

 

March: A powerful month indeed. During this month a new moon occurred in Pisces. Creating energies strongly connected with the sign of Pisces energies of spiritual deepness, creativity, and sensitivity. If you have been feeling the need to rest more please do so and take things slow. Because we are in the month where spring happens these energies are also trying to help you regenerate and rejuvenate. Mercury in retrograde also occurred during this month causing us to take a step backwards which is okay you can use this opportunity as a way of looking at your past and releasing it so that it no longer can get in your way. The most powerfully emotional full moon of the entire year will also take place during this month on March 28^th. It will cause us to feel at our most and deepest emotional level. Because of this use this time to do DEEP releasing! In a way this full moon is preparing us for what may come after spring. And they are new energies such as action, passion, assertiveness, creation and initiation.  It is wise to be mindful that this month is the best month for releasing, letting go and purging. I wanted to write about this and share it with you because I felt that this is very important and can help you release from what has been holding you back for years or even causing you to feel angry, hurt, painful, shameful, poisoned, negative or lost. I felt the need to have this workshop especially during this month little did I know that the significance would be greater. You can wisely use the rest of the days of March to set this intention and give yourself time for releasing in any way you can. Remember the most emotional moon of the year happens March 28^th. Mary of Magdalene: She wants to be heard….

It was a powerful day December 21^st of 2012. It was a day where a lot of cosmic energies were going to transform and literally bring us closer to a higher divine feeling and way of being. Do you remember what you did on that day? I decided to meditate on that day at exactly 12:00 p.m. I was feeling very intense due to a previous situation that had occurred. I realized that this was just what I needed to relax and calm down. I felt more connected with my feelings and I could feel the compassion for myself expand so much quicker. When I meditate I tend to receive messages from others. If it’s not the angels then it’s a saint or some other being of light that wants to reach out to me and connect. I really wanted to be open to messages this day because of the energies. So as open as I was I received three messages. One was from Jesus the other from the archangels and the last one was from Mary of Magdalene. Now when she came in I felt her so clearly and strongly. Her words were, “Please let others know I am a healer too”! I was touched by her request and I knew then I had to spread this message somehow. Since I am a reiki practitioner I also felt she is someone that I can learn from as well. So now one of my intentions for this year is to work closely with her and learn her ways of healing. Once I receive enough information from her I will share it with others! This year during my first workshops I held by myself I decided to do a simple meditation with her. When I was preparing for this prior to the workshop she said to me my color is golden yellow. In the meditation I asked the participants to envision a beautiful golden yellow light pouring into their bodies. The feed back was amazing they enjoyed the meditation and felt much more relaxed. I am so anxious and excited to be working with her and sharing her knowledge and teachings with you! She is a powerful healer too! She wants to be heard and wants to help you heal from fear, heal through forgiveness, and clear imbalances that can hurt your spirit and heart. This is just the beginning. I hope you will read the blogs about her that I will write as I learn and connect with her more. The divine feminine is strong! Thank you Mary of Magdalene for reaching out. You are not alone. Many healers are around you.

Take time to reflect during the beginning of 2013

 

I believe that whatever you are feeling is the answer to your own question. It’s like sign pointing you to the right direction. And what you think matters. So many times we have done certain things because of other people’s expectations of us or because we were afraid of doing what we really wanted. Allowing the voices of others to drown out yours and over power yours is not healthy for your well being or spiritual self because your voice is your heart and soul. Many outside things, worries, situations, and people take a lot of your energy and attention. So it can be that we were so caught up in many things that we probably have been neglecting ourselves and have been disconnected from our heart and true desires! Being in silence, listening to ourselves and being nurturing to ourselves are just as important as being active and helping others. And even more so now that we have begun a new year and entered 2013. Because it can be that you whisk your self away into a new world that you are creating but is it really what you want? Or are you still trying to satisfy others, neglect yourself, and follow something that really doesn’t speak to your heart?

I do admit I am very excited about 2013 so much so that I have promised myself not to waste this year at all. Personally I am all about living my life mission. I feel positive and I been very active since day one. But then I saw a reading by Doreen Virtue today. I love her and the work she does with the angels. The reading was a yearly overview for 2013. I remember the one she did for 2012 and the angels were right they kept saying not to give in to fear. I think they said that because of the whole end of the world thing which never happened. Well for the beginning of 2013 the angel’s advice was to take your time, ask yourself what do I want and spend time looking within. I felt wow this sounds important. And I wanted to share it with you so that you could also be aware of this angelic message. Well dear ones its okay to keep being empowered and positive! But also take the time to ask your self what do I want? And you may discover many things with that question and some of it may be healing and that is okay go ahead and heal as many things that come up for you. Honor your inner voice and spirit. 

So take time to reflect right now whether through meditation, writing or being in nature. Oh and yes you do have a powerful spirit and inner voice so please just give it a chance! You can connect with it. I know you can!

The veil has lifted: Now what will you do?

This Labor Day weekend as I was thinking about why I had let myself get upset it hit me. I was mad and I felt we had wasted so much time walking around the woods but then I thought why didn’t I just accept we were lost and laugh? Thinking about this I began to see how in many situations I chose to feel negative instead of choosing to feel at peace with everything and just simply be in the moment. It began with thinking of small moments to seeing the bigger picture and that was looking at every part of my life. The big chunks consisted of my most important relationships like the one with my fiancé, close friends and family. And then I began to notice all the things I didn’t like and yes most of the things I didn’t like had to do with myself, my own behavior and attitude. As this began to play in my mind it suddenly hit me. As we are ending 2012 there is this keen awareness about the things we don’t like and about the things we have to do in order to live a better life and be better human beings.  It is as if we are clearly seeing without any obstacle or illusion all the things that we need to change. We are no longer at a point where we must be submissive to our daily drama and think there is no opportunity for change. Or where we can keep repeating the same mistakes and keep reliving the same attitudes and beliefs that are plain out negative and out dated. We are in a time right now where we know exactly what needs to change in order for us to be more joyful and loving. We see it, we hear it, we feel it and we know it. It is there in front of us in our thoughts and in our observation. Spirituality in a way is becoming simple. It is helping us to see and feel what we know is no longer our truth and what is not working for us anymore. This sense of awareness is helping us to simply accept it and let it go. In other words we are aware of what is holding us back from being the best person we can be and what is holding us back from living the most beautiful moments that can exist in our lives. So many times we have seen our own family and loved ones cling to their beliefs and attitudes. Maybe down the road someone taught us that there is no way to change our feelings and situation. It is just the way things are don’t bother rising above it because if your loved one couldn’t why should you? And that my dear ones is no longer the truth.  You can change your beliefs and attitude. You are a powerful and conscious being. There is no mystery to what is hurting you and keeping you stuck. The only thing there is left to do is to take action. To be loving and forgiving of yourself as you are trying to make changes. Do not be over critical or obsessed either. Just trust that you are doing the best you are and love yourself in every moment. Be brave in creating the kind of life you believe in and deserve. Being patient is good too. Practice as much as you can to create better feelings in yourself and in your relationships. If you don’t practice or do anything nothing will change and you will not reap the rewards of creating new life. Give your creative nature and power a chance. You are a co-creator with God. When you decide to do something different and follow through with it you create a change. And that change is also energy. The energies shift, you shift and so does your consciousness.  Blessings to you and I hope this helped you in some way. I know I have a lot to do and I will no longer be afraid of stepping up and owning my life.

Making peace with your past

Time is flying this year it sure feels like it! In the beginning of the year I was not sure what would be in store for me in 2012.  I heard so much and read so much about 2012 that I felt wow what will happen to me? Will I be a part of a huge transformation? I just knew I wanted to evolve in some big way I just was not sure how. Months passed and after taking my Reiki II certification class I asked myself what has been the big events or changes in my life? I knew taking these Reiki classes was a part of it but I felt there was something else I needed to focus on.  I know when we say big events we think of external things right? Like getting a new job or buying a home. But I realized that this year some big events for me were deeper than that. One of them was making peace with my past. Now in my past there is a little bit of everything a lot of pain, hurt, disappointment, sadness, anger, resentment, trauma, negativity and darkness. I guess I thought I cried enough to think it was gone. But it wasn't. This year my past came back in such a way that I thought wow really? Why? Then I understood that I was changing my life. Not just in one area but in many areas. I am engaged. I will someday have a family of my own. I am becoming a healer. I want more balance in my life. I want to be different from those who I feel carry on a vicious cycle.

I feel the angels are preparing all of us for the next chapters of our lives. And they are smart enough and clear enough to see that before we can run freely in a blissful future we have to make peace with our past. I think making peace with your past means you no longer allow it to hurt you or control you. The negativity it has created in your life and in your habits you can now set them free and start over. You will no longer belong to its hurt and pain. I also think making peace with my past means I will learn to be more peaceful within myself I will no longer hold on to anger and fears that kept me tied to my past. I can be who I am with a lot of love, light and faith. Not with fears, anger and hurt that keep me imprisoned and have me acting out in such a negative way. So this is the transformative event in my life for this year. I am sure that I had chances to do so before but this year it’s different this year this event is life altering meaning my life has to change especially if I want to reflect that which I most desire and want which is love, laughter, peace and harmony. I no longer want to feed my insecurities and emotions from the past. I really want that to end. Especially if my father gave me some fears that stuck to my being and I continue to reflect some of those onto others whom are innocent from such past. No one deserves this not even me.

I hope I continue to learn all that I can about making peace with my past and with others even with myself. No one is perfect life is not perfect so simply accept all the amazing lessons you have learned and the amazing gifts you were given. As humans we can’t help but to always look back and fall victim to our past but it does not always have to be that way. If we are to truly live in truth and honesty we have to uncover everything and face the root of our problems. Facing and dealing with them is the only way we can finally make peace with ourselves. And if we do decide to embark on such journey we are not alone. The angels are always there to help and guide us. Not just angels from heaven but earth angels too. Some of those Earth angels have been my good friends such as David and Isabel. There are always others willing to help you heal and become the beautiful being you were born to be. Have you tried making peace with your past? It might not be easy but it’s worth it. Trust me everyone will benefit from your courage and faith.

What I learned about my fear of failure

One of the biggest things holding me back from achieving my goal of becoming an Accountant was my fear of failure. I had registered for a class that I had previously failed before and I was super nervous about the whole situation. This was the only class holding me back from making my dream a reality and I didn’t know how I would pass it, but I was determined to give it my best shot.  I was optimistic and I put my best foot forward, but out of nowhere while taking my exams I felt as though I was literally facing some demons. I was abused both mentally and physically as a child and after many years, I can honestly say that I thought I was over all of that. But I wasn’t over all of the mental abuse, during most of my exams, I would remember all those times I was told I was not smart enough repeating silently back to me like a broken record. We had three exams and a final exam in this class and it wasn’t until my third exam that I had started to feel more confident that I would succeed and pass this class. I had done my best so far and had not left any questions unanswered to the point that I can now teach this class if I wanted to. Even if I had not passed this class, I was determined to take it as many times as I needed to so that I can finally put a rest to conquering my fear of failure. When it came time to take our final exam, I was prepared to give it my all. I had trained myself well and I had finally faced all those mental demons and if I started to get any negative feelings creeping up on me I replied with my mantra for the day “I am a warrior and I will not let anyone or anything stand in my way today”.  To my surprise, I had already passed the biggest test of all, which was defeating this negative mental demon and receiving my passing grade was the proof that when you give your mind, body  and spirit all that it needs coupled with determination, perseverance and lots of positive self-talk “all is possible”.  

                

How I did it? I couldn’t have done it without the help of my many beautiful friends and teachers. First, I was very blessed to have an awesome teacher who went above and beyond to teach me that there are many methods to reach a solution. Secondly, I prayed a lot. I think God might be thinking geez “I heard you the first time”. Third, I created a train your brain yoga program for myself in which I practiced certain yoga poses the morning before my exam to calm my nerves and give me a killer mindset. It was a very powerful yoga practice. I also made sure I was eating the right foods to promote a healthy and faster brain function. 

                

In conclusion, this whole experience has taught me some great lessons. It has taught me that failure is a part of success and when you use failure as your teacher it brings you closer to your goal. I would say that a major part of success is in the mind and if you can conquer the mind’s negative self –talk, you are already a success. Everything else is just a matter of applying action to where you want to go with your goal.

SPIRITS, GHOSTS, DEMONS AND ANGELS

I just received a phone call from a friend/client who's friend's son was given a book on demonology. This person was feeling like the book has very negative energy around it, and that it is bringing bad luck to her. The advice I provided the friends was case specific and will remain confidential, but I do want to share some simple thoughts I have on the topic.

First of all, get Hollywood and mainstream tv out of your head. Movies and tv shows that seek out spirits and challenge them really do not help the spirit realm or the people affected by spirits. As a person that works with spirits, its very important to first be cognisant of what you're getting into. Its important to have relationships with your guides, protectors, and angels, and knowing who to call upon for what purpose.

That said, its important to not invite negativity in. If you're not familiar with methods and forms of divination, like the controversial Ouji boards (wiki it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ouija), and the energies that can be brought in with each, then I advice you to NOT try it. To me, a Ouji board isn't bad, but its how its used is one of the key factors. Another key factor that you want to take into consideration is the WHO; who is divinating and for what purpose? Again, I'd leave it up to the pro's, because learning to divinate correctly can take many years of study and trial and error. If you're not sure what you're doing, please stay away. Even certain books will bring about energies, so be wary of your thoughts and actions when you're getting into anything occult-based.

Something that these tv shows do is teach the inexperienced viewing public on how to provoke spirits. You must remember that most spirits were living at one point, just as you and I are alive today. How would you like it if someone shouted to you, "Common! You can do better than that! Come and get me!" You'd probably be very pissed off, and wouldn't be nice to anyone. Some spirits do not acknowedge that they've transitions, and others are simply not ready to "go."

Tv shows also teach people how to use devices to communicate with spirits. I must say that these tools should not be placed into the hands of novices. The devices are another invitation to unseen forces that you may not be ready to deal with, and I highly recommend you don't play with any of this.

As an initiate of the 5th ray, a person who works with angels, someone who has been trained to release souls amd who's matron goddesses are protectoresses of the cemeteries, I will say this: Please respect the dead. I have a very high reverence  for the spirit realm and what happens on other dimensions. If you're not sure what you're doing, don't do it. Why would you open yourself up to something that you may later have no control over? I urge you to leave it to the pro's.

To finish, I want to share a quick note about the angels. There are many that you can call upon for assistance, so do your research on the ones you desire to work with. They angels are here to help us, and just need for us to call upon them and they'll be there quicker than you can say, "Archangel." That said, I leave you with this beautiful and important invocation of Arhcangel Michael, who will protect and shield you from negative forces:

You may chose to adapt the prayer to your tradition. For example, I am pagan, and while I believe in Jesus as an Ascended Master, I would change the last part to, "In the name of all that is light, may it harm none. As I have willed it, it is so."

So please. Have respect for yourself and for the spirits. Do not provoke, but show them compassion. Pray for their healing, and ask that Archangel Michael protect you. You can also call upon the four angelic forces to change the vibration around you:

In the protection of Michael I AM

In the healing light of Rafael I AM

In the inner light of Uriel I AM

In the pure light of Gabriel I AM

I release all dross from all dimensions and realities

I do very much feel the strong presence of the angels. I believe in them and work with them on a daily basis. They love us very much. They are available to all of us at any time, and are not exclusive to any one religion, culture, region, or dimension. 

Have faith. Make wise choices, and call on the pro's (this includes the angels).

A fresh Start

I want to share two quotes that I really like and have made a positive difference in my life and maybe you’ll find them making a positive difference in your life as well. The first is by Ralph Waldo Emerson "Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense." And the second by one of my favorite yoga masters named Sri K. Pattabi Jois once said” Practice and all is coming” 

In my own personal experience when I had a hard time forgetting some negative life situations, I have turned to these two quotes to help keep me grounded and focused on what I needed to do in the present moment to move forward towards my goals. Actually, every time we step onto the yoga mat to practice yoga is another day in which we can begin anew and have a fresh start to release the old and all that is not part of reaching our desired goals. We begin our yoga practice with what is called a beginner’s mind no matter how many years we have been practicing in order to experience something new. Regardless of how many yoga poses are practiced over and over again, the beginner’s mind is used to cultivate a sense of growth, change and improvement. 

The more I think about Sri K. Pabbi Jois’s quote of “practice and all is coming”, the more I think what a genius he was because to me it means when you do your work diligently or yoga practice everything will fall into place. And it does. So, the more you focus on your work/practice and not on all the other obstacles, negative situations etc. that might surface on your life’s journey the better. 

If you do not practice yoga, a fresh start can come to you from something as easy as clearing clutter from your home. You can begin by donating things you do not need or use like old clothes, children’s toys, shoes, furniture etc. Often times, when you do clear the clutter from your home, you will get a fresh start or perspective on something you had not thought about before. When I was moving, I had not realized I had accumulated so many clothes and my children had accumulated many toys. So, I donated what we didn’t need or used and now we live simply. 

Another thing you can do to have that fresh start feeling is taking a mini vacation. You will return with new ideas and ready to tackle the work in front of you with greater ease. These are just a few examples of ways to get that fresh start feeling but let me know what has worked for you. I’d love to hear all about it!!!

What is will be:Twin Flame connection

Hello welcome to the second part of discussing twin flames. I am not an expert I just share what I know and I love to gather information regarding spiritual topics and this is one I am currently drawn to. I personally feel touched by this topic because I have always believed in a twin flame being. I just didn’t know it was called a twin flame. At first I thought it is my soul mate but when I met my boy friend in 2009 that changed after almost three years of being together I realized the connection between the twin flame and our relationship. I knew that someday I would be in a union that would mean a lot that would be bigger than us both. I felt that this person would help me spiritually they would teach me new things and make me realize many things which would support my growth. They would almost be like a mirror where I could see all my good parts and bad parts. Yes I know love is suppose to be romantic and it can be but I just felt my partner would bring to the table other things not just romantic love. I once even thought wow how did I end up being with my current partner?  There had to be a reason that I didn’t even bother to consider or realize. So I thought say I am up there with God and we are creating my life here on earth. He is giving me options to what kind of lessons I wish to learn and what kind of people I want in my life. So when it came to my husband the person whom I would raise a family with and share my life with I went ahead and picked him! I told God please don’t give me an easy person that I don’t learn much from. I want a partner I can learn a lot with and can grow spiritually with. That can transform me. Yikes! Knowing me I would pick a partnership that was not just all flowers and chocolates. But one that really tested me maybe even tested the world we lived in. Thinking that it really made sense to me that my partner came to be after all I had asked for him before I came to this earth.

Now twin flames are always together. Even if you do not live during his or her time you are still attached and if he or she is not living during your time they can still guide you and help you create the best life you can have in the current one you are living in. If you can do the same exercise I did and go back before you came here and ask yourself what did I choose as God was giving me all these options? Then this can really give you a clue to what you created even before coming here and it can connect the dots to the kind of people and situations you have in life. And of course it’s so you can imagine what kind of partner you would ask God to give you and then write it all down. If you come to the same conclusions as I did then that is still okay what matters is it will help you see that you are aware of who you are suppose to be with and this can help you have faith that what is will be.

Recently I lived those words “what is will be”. Because I always envisioned my self being married and when I would listen to certain songs I thought wow this goes so perfect with my wedding. One of those songs is by Stevie Wonder “Ribbons in the sky”. Today I had a chance to listen to it and wow it hit me this song is about twin flames! The lyrics are just so deep and spiritual.

Oh so long for this night I've prayed
That a star would guide you my way
To share with me this special day
Where a ribbon's in the sky for our love

Just before Valentines Day on February 11^th 2012 my boyfriend asked me to marry him! I said yes of course! It was such a touching and amazing moment I could not even believe it I was in awe and surprised. A few days before this happened I remember thinking about my life wondering if everything in it was meant to be. Then I said of course it is because I will have a family of my own someday. As you see what is will be. That is what makes a twin flame relationship different than others is that you both keep growing together. The attachment is there and it is so clear. Even though it is not easy like every relationship there are problems the difference here is that he or she won’t leave that easily either. Their participation in your life is strong and vital. They want to be in your life. You don’t even have to ask them if they do. They know their part even if they are not aware of its deepness they always do what is best for the relationship. In other words once they find you they won’t let you go. 

Have a great Valentines Day! Love yourself as much as you can and trust that you know who you are meant to be with. He or she is already out there.

Oracle Reading for 2.6.2012

The Horse King has ridden up to us atop his noble steed and brought with him lessons of assistance and control.

When you charge forward with your dreams and goals and you trust that you are working in accordance with Divine will, you are free to express and create in your own unique way. This entity has come to teach us that while we're striving for the life we desire to live, we don't have to do it all on our own. Be discerning about who you allow into your circle, but when you find that a person has genuinely been placed on your path, be open to receiving the help! We are not meant to carry and do everything on our own, but so many people take on the attitude of "I don't need help" and while one can be convinced of it and try to play the hero,  it's just not very smart. Granted, the work may still get done, but at what expense? Exhaustion? Burnout? Stress? Health problems? Don't live in fear and think that you must control everything. It will, without a doubt, hurt you and the people around you, because no one is meant to carry the weight of the world on their shoulders alone. No matter if what you're dealing with is spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, or if we're talking about a business or a creative venture – with anything in life – EASE UP ON THE REIGNS! Whether you need to "Let go and let God" and let the Divine lead you, or if you need to delegate some responsibilities to other friends, family members, or employees – DO IT! If someone offers help, don't be so proud that you cannot accept what has clearly presented itself as a gift to you. The Horse King embodies the assistance that can gallop into our lives and help us, but only if we humble ourselves and hop on the back.
